UM UCH has submitted applications for the following: 1.Certificate of Need (CON), Upper Chesapeake Medical Campus Behavioral Health Pavilion – Matter No. 17-12-2403; 2. Merger/Consolidation: Upper Chesapeake Medical Center and Harford Memorial Hospital; and 3. Exemption from CON: Harford Memorial Hospital Conversion to Freestanding Medical Facility (FMF). All three applications were filed on August 4, 2017 and placed on MHCC docket on December 8, 2017. Written comments must be submitted by Close of Business on January 8, 2018 to the MHCC.
