    AN ANNEXATION PLAN FOR TYDINGS PARK ISLAND AND WATERS SURROUNDING IT CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 200 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND BEING THE VAST AREA THAT IS MOSTLY WATER BOURNE AND ADJACENT TO TYDINGS PARK IN THE CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE
