Apply for your short-term rental license online!

Chapter 147 – Article II of the City Code requires all short-term rentals, such as those listed on AirBnB and VRBO websites, to acquire a license.

Select Customer Portal
State of Maryland and Havre de Grace as Jurisdiction

When you get to the Online Portal, select New Account at the top of the page. If you already have an account, simply Login.

From there, click on Apply Online for a Permit and then select Rental Registration.

The City has partnered with MyGovernmentOnline for online permitting and licensing applications. You can apply for permits and pay all of your fees conveniently online.
