The Passing of our friend Richard Holly

We are saddened to hear the news of the passing our friend Richard Holly. Rich was a leader in our community who made us laugh, smile and most importantly challenged us as students and citizens. For 45 years, Rich taught business at Havre de Grace High School. When Rich was not teaching he was busy participating in numerous volunteer organizations, including Community Projects of Havre de Grace, the Winter Wonderland Committee, the Citizens Against Trash Club, and volunteering to serve Thanksgiving dinner to those in need. His sacrifice to our community was selfless. We are forever grateful for the time we spent with Rich and thankful for the lessons he taught us.
