1.  Status as Cultural Exchange Commission
2. Status as a part of the Community Projects of Havre de Grace, allowing the organization to have 501c3 status.
3. Identify volunteer members of Standing Committees.
4. Organize preparation of Christmas Tree for Tree Event, December 5-7.
