City of Havre de Grace Celebrates the opening of new Little Free Library at Veterans Park:

The newest addition of the growing network of Little Free Library’s was donated to the City by Richard Jarrell, and Yvonne Robbins and is dedicated to veterans of the US Armed Forces.
