Unfinished / Old Business

1. • Booklet of Similarities and Differences Between Havre de Grace and Mumbles is done. Printing will be local, once camera-ready copy is received from TAM.
   • On-going Interactions with TAMS
   • First Fridays began in May and run through October. We need volunteers for two shifts of two or more people for 90 minutes at each First Friday, starting with September 2^nd.
   • Update on the draft of a proposed process outlining the manner in which other groups can become a part of the CEC. Our draft is with the Mayor’s Office and we await their comments and feedback.
   • Update on planning for other 2022 events that CEC/HdGTwinning will participate in have no current activity, but will need volunteers within the next few months. These include the Great HdG Oyster Fest, the Independence Day Commission’s Holiday Tree Jubilee, and the Celtic Winter Fest.

1. • Proposed date, time and location for a special CEC meeting is September 13^th at 7 PM at City Hall. This meeting will be to finalize all aspects of the TAM visit.
