An ordinance to amend Chapter 205 Zoning as it pertains to lot of record.

Ordinance No. 1088 – Agreement with the Havre de Grace Green Team for the Food Forest at Todd Park
An ordinance to enter into an agreement with the Havre de Grace Green Team as it relates to a food forest on City property at Todd Park.

Ordinance No. 1089 – Tax Waiver for 1830 Pulaski Highway
An ordinance to waive a portion of property taxes for property located at 1830 Pulaski Highway, Tax ID Number 06-002501.

The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 3, 2022, at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1086, 1087, 1088, and 1089.
