Paving Project in Bayview Estates beginning December 9, 2022 Havre de GracePaving Project in Bayview Estates beginning December 9, 2022 Attention, this is an important message from the Department of Public Works for the residents in Bayview Estates. A contractor, working for the City of Havre de Grace, will be doing a paving project on Tidewater Drive from Chapel Road to Kathryn Way beginning on/or about December 9th and it is expected to last approximately 2 weeks. The project will include the replacement of some curbs and gutters, storm drain inlet repair, adjustment of utility covers in the road surface and a 2-inch mill and overlay. Traffic controllers will keep one lane open at all times during project work hours and both lanes open after work hours. Your ability to use your driveways will not be impacted nor will your trash and recycle pick up. If you have any questions please call the City at 410-939-1800.
