Unfinished /Old Business a. Review and discussion of the TAM visit to Havre de Grace from September 29 to October 5, 2022 i. Reports will be given on the activities held during the visit of our friends from Mumbles. Specifically, an enumeration of the costs incurred for the execution of each specific event will be provided by the Chair, on behalf of the Treasurer, along with comments on the overall impression of participation and enthusiasm.
ii. General conversation regarding the visit, and its components among CEC members. Members of the general public in attendance will also be welcome to comment.
iii. Creation of a roster of “lessons learned” from the visit that can be used to inform planning and execution of the next visit
b. Update on one upcoming event, the Celtic Winter Fest
New Business a. Announcement of a tentative invitation by TAM for members of Havre de Grace Twinning to visit Mumbles in 2023
b. Discuss possible addition of new CEC members
c. Any New Business, identified for discussion
