FY25 IS THE FINAL YEAR OF THE PROGRAM

To encourage and help Maryland homeowners invest in renewable energy, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) provides rebates for solar photovoltaic systems, solar water heating, and geothermal heating & cooling systems.  Marylanders who install eligible renewable energy systems on their homes are encouraged to use the R-CERP online application portal to quickly and conveniently submit their rebate applications. Full information on MEA’s FY25 Residential Clean Energy Rebate Program can be found on the R-CERP webpage. Applicants can also access a downloadable document version of the application on the R-CERP webpage, if preferred.

Please direct any questions about the R-CERP application process, or the program in general, to CERP.MEA@Maryland.gov.  The mission of the Maryland Energy Administration is to promote affordable, reliable, clean energy for Maryland.  To learn more about MEA and its programs and resources, visits them online at Energy.Maryland.gov.
