Approval of Minutes – August 15, 2023
Reports of Officers / Boards / Committees -Chair Report and Welcome -Other Committees, if they have information to share with the Board
Unfinished / Old Business / On-going Business -Resignation of Board members Vicki O’Keefe and Ian McCredie. -Twelve people went to Mumbles from September 17th to the 23rd. A report on the visit, including comments from those who went will be presented. -CEC and Twinning will have a table at the November 18th Oysterfest event. We remind Twinning fans to ask their friends to specify Twinning as the non-profit they wish to contribute to when they buy tickets to the event. -Jubilee Tree participation: Ennise continues to have this well in hand. -We will be creating a Holiday Greetings series of on-line postings with TAM similar to what was done last year. However, this year, spoken word entries will be included as well as musical ones. Everyone is encouraged to develop ideas for Holiday messages to share with our TAM friends, and to reach out to their friends in Havre de Grace and enlist them to participate as well.
New Business -Morgan Jones report on the status of the CEC/Twinning web site. -Discuss how to proceed with creating Twinning t-shirts. -There will be a Saint David’s Day dinner on March 1, 2024 at the Vandiver. -Ask for nominations for CEC officers. Elect a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. -Discuss how to conduct a search for new members of the CEC. -Start to establish a calendar of alternating monthly CEC meetings and events. -Any New Business, identified for discussion.
