The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 16 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1137 & 1138.
Ordinance No. 1137 – An ordinance to amend Chapter 20 – Annexation Policy and Procedure.
Ordinance No. 1138 – An ordinance to approve Budget Amendment 2024-06 to replace the water distribution lines on Weber Street; budget amendments have the public hearing and the second reading/adoption at the same meeting.
