– Any comments from the general public (5 minutes per speaker)
– To hear a request from the Planning Commission to vote on a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the 2024 calendar year.
– Review and discuss the 2023 calendar year Annual Growth Report and add any additional comments as necessary prior to sending out to the Maryland Department of Planning.
– Discussion of proposed height restrictions in all zoning districts within the Historic Preservation district to 40 feet with 60 feet in height with Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) approval.

A Comprehensive Plan workshop update to follow directly after the Planning Commission meeting. Tentative end time of the workshop is 9 p.m.
The public is invited to attend and observe the meeting and comprehensive plan workshop.
