To hear a request by the applicant for subdivision review and approval for 41 single family detached dwellings along Sunday Silence Court-Parcel ‘N’ in the Bulle Rock Subdivision. Applicant has received prior Planning Commission approval for 55 Townhomes in 2022 at the subject location. Single family detached dwellings are permitted as of right in the R/Residential zoning district. Submission application includes, Preliminary Site Plan and Landscape Plan for review.
