New Business Location: 215 Giles Street – HdG Decoy Museum Owner: Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace Applicant: Michael Tarquini, Board Member of the HdG Decoy Museum Permit No: 2025-0058 Parcel No.: 06-026850 (5.59 acres) Description: 2025-0058 – Michael Tarquini – 215 Giles Street. To hear a request by the Applicant for Site Plan review and approval for the expansion of the existing Decoy Museum with a 3,618 square foot addition. Specifically, Section 155-6(A)(2) requires the expansion of an existing non-residential building that increases gross floor area by greater than 20% to seek site plan approval – which is allowed in accordance with City Code. -Discussion of proposed “Rules and Procedures” for the Planning Commission per 25-27(B)(7) of the City Code and §2-105(c)(1)(i) of the MD LUC for submission to Mayor and City Council
