Old Business Discussion and voting recommendation to Mayor and City Council for proposed text amendment to Chapter 205 Zoning for ‘Group Living’ as a conditional use in the RO zoning district
New Business Location: 1101 Pulaski Hwy – Popeyes Restaurant Owner: Havre De Grace Dev, LLC Applicant: Aliza Hertzmark, Bohler Permit No: 2023-0093 Parcel No.: 06-401623 (1.14 acres) Description: 2023-0093 – Bohler– 1101 Pulaski Hwy. To hear a request by the property owner for site plan approval extension for a 2,529 square foot Popeyes Restaurant. According to §155-25(C) the Planning Commission may grant up to two (2) one-year extensions of the site plan for a total of 3 years. A one (1) year site plan extension was previously granted on November 14th, 2022 by the Planning Commission. This would be their second and final extension.
