The Council intends to close part of the meeting to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation. The public may attend the open session and observe the vote of Council to move into closed session at agenda item #3. The meeting will not be live-streamed. The Council President will read into the record a closing statement that is available for public inspection. The Council will not reconvene in open session after the closed session.
