-Report and discussion on tentative dates for TAM visit to Havre de Grace in 2026 and HdG Twinning visit to Mumbles in 2027. Solicitation of ideas for activities for TAM visitors while they are here.
-Report on the 2025 calendar for lawn games, specifically June 1^st, June 29^th, July 27^th, August 24^th and September 28^th, all on the Lock House grounds.
-Announcement of the Gymanfa Ganu, or song festival, to be held on May 4^th at the Rehoboth Welsh Chapel in Delta, PA and followed by a guided tour of the Welsh Miner’s cottages outside Delta.
-Reminder of on-going monthly Zoom calls with Twinning Association of Mumbles, which occur on the 3^rd Wednesday of the month. Next: May 9^th, 11:30 AM.
-Announcement of plan for CEC participation in the Independence Day Parade.
-Announcement of plan for CEC participation in the City’s Independence Day Commission’s Holiday Tree Festival in December.
-Announcement of plan for CEC/HdG Twinning to create again in 2025 the Holiday Greetings exchange with TAM and the Hennebont Twinners.

New Business
-Discussion of interest in beginning a series of CEC/HdG Twinning movie nights featuring Welsh and French movies.
-Any New Business identified for discussion.
