Old Business -Adoption of proposed “Rules and Procedures” for the Planning Commission per §25-27(B)(7) of the City Code and §2-105(c)(1)(i) of the MD LUC
New Business Permit No.: 2025-432 BOA Case No.: 552 Location: 1609 Pulaski Highway Applicant: Sheetz-Bohler Engineering To hear a request by the Applicant of 1609 Pulaski Highway for site plan approval for a gas station in the commercial zoning district per 205-37B of the zoning code and Chapter 25-Article V of the City Code. Proposal consisting of a 6,132 square foot convenience store and 6 pump fuel service canopy on a 1.47 acre property.
