Important Update: Changes to Your Utility Billing Schedule

Dear Valued Customer,

This message is to inform you of an adjustment to our quarterly billing cycles. To improve our billing efficiency, certain accounts are being moved to a new schedule.

Is my account moving?
Your billing cycle is changing if your account matches either of the following:
• Your account number is five digits long and begins with 4, 5, or 6.
• Your account number is six digits long and begins with 51.

What this means for you:
If your account meets the criteria above and you normally receive a bill in May; you will now receive your next bill in June. If you are enrolled in automatic payments, they will process based on the June balance.

Following this transition, your new permanent quarterly billing months will be June, September, December, and March.

If your account number does not match the descriptions above, your billing cycle remains unchanged.

There is no action required on your part. We appreciate your patience as we make this transition.
