Road Work beginning 6/11/26 in Bayview Estates

The paving portion of the Bayview Estates Phase III paving project will begin this Thursday, June 11, 2026 on Lighthouse Court and continue onto Brian Garth, Roosevelt Court, Hutchins Court, and Wilfong Court. The project will take approximately 7-10 days to complete and will consist of a 2” mill of the existing road surfaces and a 2” overlay. Patching of 3” to 5” may occur in some areas. This process will cause minor disruptions to traffic in and out of your neighborhoods during the work hours of 7 am to 5 pm. We ask that your vehicles be parked in your driveways during the work hours.
