Long-Term Rental Housing Registration

Requirements

Please review the following City Code section for Registration of Residential Rental Property.

Chapter 147 – Article I

Registration Form

Submit the Registration Form and associated documents online through MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) using the following instructions:

1. First time users will need to create a New Account.
2. After you have an account, go to Rental Registration and select Long Term Rental Housing Registration.
3. Complete the application and upload the required documents:
   a.  Rental Housing Registration Application (can be downloaded to complete)
   b.  Lead Based Paint Compliance (can be downloaded to complete)
   c.  Tenant Information Form (can be downloaded to complete)
