    The Applicant is requesting a variance to Section 122-1 of the City Code which requires off-street parking to be provided for new or modified buildings. The Applicant is proposing to raze the existing bar/restaurant building and apartments to construct a 3,612 square foot building for flexible commercial space in the RB/Residential Business District. On-street parking is being proposed by the Applicant to accommodate the parking requirements for the new building. The variance request requires review through the Planning Commission and Board of Appeals.
