COVID-19 Update from Mayor William T. Martin regarding City Council Meetings Operations.

In order to protect the health of the public, beginning on Monday, November 16, 2020, the Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will conduct all meetings, including public hearings, virtually. Members of the public who would like to observe the meeting should visit the City’s YouTube page or the City’s website at the date and time of the meeting.

Citizens who wish to submit public comments should email the Director of Administration, Patrick Sypolt at patricks@havredegracemd.comComments from Citizens on agenda Items received before 7:10 PM will be read into the record. Comments from Citizens received before 8:00 PM will be read into the record. We ask Citizens to please make every effort to send comments before the meeting.
