The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will convene in the Council Chambers at 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, Maryland to hold a virtual City Council Meeting on May 18, 2020 beginning at 7 PM. The Council intends to close the meeting during item 10 “Old Business” to consider the advice of legal counsel regarding pending litigation. The public may observe the open session and the vote of Council to move into closed session at this time. The Council President will read into the record a closing statement. The Council will reconvene in open session after the closed session. Public comments will be received on Agenda Items.
