An election to elect three members of City Council for the City of Havre de Grace will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at the STAR Centre (former Havre de Grace High School Gymnasium, 700 Congress Avenue).  Polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
