City Non-Essential Services Closed January 9, 2025

President Joe Biden has appointed January 9, 2025 as a National Day of Mourning throughout the United States.  In honor and tribute to the memory of President Jimmy Carter, the City of Havre de Grace will be closed for non-essential services on Thursday, January 9, 2025 and will reopen on Friday, January 10, 2025.
