To hear a request by the Applicant of 310 Market Street from the specific provisions of the zoning ordinance. The previously constructed two-story 1,200 gross square feet (20’ x 30’) detached garage and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) with 600 square feet that is above the garage and considered for area. An ADU is a conditional use within the RB/Residential Business zoning district that requires review and approval by the Board of Appeals. The Applicant will need to show the request meets the findings under §205-9(H) for ADU requirements, §25-17(B) for conditional use/special exception of the City Code are applicable to this request.
