City Council Meeting

The public may attend the meeting or view it live by visiting the City of Havre de Grace website at: www.havredegracemd.com and click on the City YouTube Videos tab. The video will be available to view on the website immediately following the meeting.

The Council intends to close part of the meeting to consult with Counsel to obtain legal advice and consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation. The public may attend the open session and observe the vote of Council to move into closed session at agenda item #19. The closing statement will be read into the record and will be available for public inspection. The Council will not reconvene in open session after the closed session.
