Comprehensive Plan Kick-off and Legislative Initiatives

Comprehensive Plan Kick-off – Explanation to the Council on the state requirements for comprehensive plans, the general planning and approval process, and the timeline for adopting the 2023 Comprehensive Plan.

Legislative Initiatives – Discuss and establish the Mayor and City Council’s legislative priorities and positions for the 2023 session of the Maryland General Assembly and discuss the formal creation of a government relations process.

The public is invited to attend and observe the meeting.  The meeting may be viewed live by visiting the City of Havre de Grace website at www.havredegracemd.com and click on the City Council Videos tab.  The video will be available to view on the website immediately following the meeting.
