Qualifications of Voters – All citizens of the United States, 18 years of age or older who have resided in the City for 21 days preceding the election and whose names shall appear upon the list of registered voters of the City shall be entitled to vote.
The Public is invited to witness the Logic and Accuracy testing of the voting equipment. The testing will be held on April 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Harford County Board of Elections Office at 133 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD. Absentee Ballot applications can be found at the Harford County Board of Elections website or at City Hall and are due in person only at the Harford County Board of Elections Office, 133 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD. The deadline to receive an application for an Absentee Ballot through the mail is April 25, 2023; after then by person. All Absentee Ballots must be returned to City Hall by 5:00 p.m., May 2, 2023.
