Old Business
-MFH: Committee Meeting with Mayor and City Administrator 11/22. City agreed to our action plan as presented including interior painting, window mullions restoration, etc.
-HPC Comments on Comprehensive Plan Chapter on “Historic and Cultural Resources.” Relevant section of the Plan starts on page 10-1. The plan has been brought to the HPC’s attention many times; a written set of comments for D. Klair was distributed for your comments tonight.
-Property Updates
-Heritage Properties Markers
-Comments from HPC members on the Comprehensive Plan section on 10-1
-Coroplast Yard Sign (temporary) for our first local landmark at the Havre de Grace Colored School Museum
-Medallions installation problems. Brochure wording.
-Lafayette Farewell Tour Update (Visit to Havre de Grace July 29, 1825 to be celebrated July 29, 2025). Period clothing.

New Business
-Amendment to NRHD exception to electronic signs ordinance (before Council 12/18)
-Comments from HPC members on letter to Planning Director concerning height requirements in NRHD

For the Good of the Commission:
-New sign at the intersection of Market and Lafayette providing the background about the City’s acquisition of the property where the Decoy and Maritime Museums are located from the Foley family (photo sent to all by email).
-The Living War Memorial Museum at the American Legion is open Saturdays from 1 to 5.
