-Ordinance 1143: Amending Chapter 25 (In June of each year, the Marina Commission shall elect a Chairperson from its members for one year, who shall be eligible for re-election and who shall be responsible for the convening of each meeting. In the Absence of the Commission Chairperson, the Director of Administration and his/her designee shall act as the Chairperson. In the event of a tie vote on issues before the commission, the Chairperson shall have the right, but not the requirement to vote.)
