New Business – To hear a request concerning the discussion of proposed modification to Chapter 205 zoning to include “Personal Service Shops” as a conditional use in the Residential Office/RO zoning district as stated in §205-24:Conditional Uses
– To hear a request concerning open space and definition of “Open Space” and “Active and Passive” as defined in §205-13 Definitions of the City Code in all zoning districts.
– To hear a presentation by Department of Planning for the UM Harford Memorial Hospital redevelopment plan.
