To hear a request by the Applicant for Site Plan review and approval for the expansion of the existing Decoy Museum with a 3,618 square foot addition. Specifically, Section 155-6(A)(2) requires the expansion of an existing non-residential building that increases gross floor area by greater than 20% to seek site plan approval – which is allowed in accordance with City Code.
