Permit No: 2024-0333 Location: 1535 Pulaski Highway Applicant: Rob Holweck-Bob Ward Development LLC. Preliminary Subdivision Plan per Chapter 173 of the City Code for 39 lots within the Residential/R1 zoning district with lot specification type D as shown in Table 1 of Chapter 205.
Permit No: 2024-0339 Location: Sunday Silence Court – Parcel N – Bulle Rock Subdivision Applicant: Rob Holweck-Bob Ward Development, LLC Preliminary Subdivision Plan Amendment per Chapter 173-15C(9)(b) of the City Code. to reduce the number of lots from 41 to 40 lot, modify the road configuration, and relocate the emergency access.
