Ordinance No. 1091 amending City Code 70: Fees
The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance No. 1091. Public comment is welcome at additional readings on 12/19/22, 1/3/23, and 1/17/23.
An ordinance for the purpose of amending City Code 70: Fees by repealing and reenacting Ordinance No. 850, Ordinance No. 856, Ordinance No. 884 and Ordinance No. 986 to update the definitions and general schedule of fees charged by the city for various permits, licenses, and other services thereunder.
