The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Monday, October 2 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Charter Amendment Nos. 296 & 297.
Charter Amendment Resolution No. 296 – A charter amendment resolution for the purpose of amending City Charter Sections 28 and 31 generally pertaining to the location and time of meetings of the Mayor and City Council.
Charter Amendment Resolution No. 297 – A charter amendment resolution for the purpose of amending City Charter Sections 65, 66, 67 and 68 generally pertaining to public ways, sidewalks, and water and sewers
