The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Monday, October 2 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1122, 1123 & 1124.
Ordinance No. 1122 – An ordinance to amend City Code Section 97 Historic Preservation pertaining to historic designation and other amendments.
Ordinance No. 1123 – An ordinance to approve Budget Amendment 2024-02 to establish the annual maintenance program for the City’s living shoreline.
Ordinance No. 1124 – An ordinance to approve Budget Amendment 2024-03 to automate the meter vault on Route 40.
