The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Monday, December 4 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1130, 1131, 1132, 1133 & 1134.
Ordinance No. 1130 – An ordinance to amend the City budget for fiscal year 2024 to fund Rt. 155 Water Transmission Line, Bridge Inspections, and WWTP Grit Tank.
Ordinance No. 1131 – An ordinance to accept a deed of dedication for property located between the Bulle Rock Circle on Chapel Road and Scenic Manor.
Ordinance No. 1132 – An ordinance to amend definitions in the zoning code.
Ordinance No. 1133 – An ordinance to amend definitions in Chapter 2-Adequate Public Facilities and Chapter 198-Water and Sewers.
Ordinance No. 1134 – An ordinance to amend portions of Chapter 151 regarding electronic signs.
