Public Hearings – Ordinance Nos. 1237, 1238 & 1239

The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold public hearings on Monday, October 19 at 7 pm at the Bulle Rock Resident’s Club, 1200 Bulle Rock Parkway, Havre de Grace, to receive public comment on Ordinance Nos. 1237, 1238 & 1239.

Ordinance No. 1237 – Approve Budget Amendment 2027-01

Ordinance No. 1238 – Adopt New Chapter 149 Qualified Settlement Funds

Ordinance No. 1239 – Amend Chapter 70 Fees – Qualified Settlement Funds

The public will have access to the Bulle Rock Resident’s Club to attend the meeting.  The meeting will not be live-streamed, but will be videotaped and posted to the City’s YouTube channel the following day.
