    WHEREAS,    The Havre de Grace High School Boys Basketball Team is being recognized for an outstanding season going 20-0 in the regular season; and

    WHEREAS, The Warriors were led by a skilled coaching staff, committed team captains and driven athletes and finished with an undefeated regular season and overall record 23-1; and

    WHEREAS, the team has earned the recognition of Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference Susquehanna Division Champs and the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association Sectional Champs.

    NOW THEREFORE, I, William T. Martin, Mayor of the City of Havre de Grace, along with Havre de Grace City Council members recognize the Havre de Grace High School Boys Basketball Team for inspiring our community and each other.
