The City of Havre de Grace has released the Havre de Grace Restoration Plan.

Statement from Mayor Martin.

“The plan is a roadmap for downtown revitalization developed upon the synergy between our citizens, business community, and key stakeholders. For the past seven years, we have been working together, creating an innovative 21st-century city that promotes our values of diversity and inclusiveness; the Havre de Grace Restoration Plan is the culmination of our work. Once complete, our City will serve as a modern model city. Giving a nod to the past while staying focused on the future.”
