A. Status/update of grant(s) for the Tree Walk brochure, pileated woodpecker and bat boxes
B. MTC table at Farmers Market for public outreach and/or tree sapling give away
C. Update on GIS tree survey

5. New Business
A. Prioritize goals of the MTC for 2020 and 2021
B. Develop an outreach program to educate residents, businesses, developers, and HDG schools about the importance of trees
C. Information for potential level 1 and level 2 arboretums in HDG – Morgan
D. Possible NIH grants for Public Health by planting trees and increasing green space – Morgan
E. Establish a meeting frequency for the MTC (monthly, every other month, quarterly, etc.)
F. Develop a 5 year plan for street ROW tree planting
G. Discuss Arbor Day 2020 plan
