Mayor Martin presents Major General Randy S. Taylor with a key to the City.

“Last evening at the City Council Meeting I had the privilege of presenting Major General Randy S. Taylor with a key to our city. Since taking command in 2017, the important relationship between Havre de Grace and Aberdeen Proving Ground has never been stronger. Maj. Gen Taylor and his husband Lucas C Taylor have not only taught us what it means to be Army Strong but have also become great friends to our city. We wish them all the best for their new assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. We are confident we will see them back in HdG soon!”
