Notice of City Election – Havre de Grace City election at St. Patrick Hall, located on the 600 block of Pennington Avenue. An election for City Mayor and three members of City Council for the City of Havre de Grace will be held on:

Tuesday, May 7, 2019

Polls will open at 7:00 a.m.

Polls will close at 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications of Voters – All citizens of the United States, eighteen years of age or older who have resided in the City for 21 days preceding the election and whose names shall appear upon the list of registered voters of the City shall be entitled to vote.

The Public is invited to witness the Logic and Accuracy testing of the voting equipment. The testing will be held on April 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., in the Harford County Board of Elections Office, 133 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD. The deadline to receive an application for an Absentee Ballot through the mail is April 30, 2019; after then by person. All Absentee Ballots must be returned to City Hall by 5:00 p.m., May 7, 2019.
