The Mayor and City Council of Havre de Grace will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on Annexation Charter Resolution 289.  A charter resolution to add “Subsection A.35 the Second 2020 Addition to the City Boundaries,” which will enlarge the boundaries of the City of Havre de Grace to include the land of 1748 Pulaski Highway consisting of two parcels for a total of 1.5688 acres more or less. 

All exhibits attached to the resolution and the annexation plan related thereto are available for public inspection at City Hall and on the website.

In-person attendance will comply with the Governor’s social distancing orders.  No more than 38 people will be allowed in the Council Chambers, including the Mayor and Council Members, and anyone entering City Hall must wear a mask and maintain social distancing.  The meeting may also be viewed live by visiting the City of Havre de Grace website at www.havredegracemd.gov and click on the live stream video icon.  The video will be available to view on the website after 12 p.m. the following day.
