Qualifications to run for City Council are as follows: At least 25 years of age; Citizen of the United States for at least ten years preceding the election; A qualified City voter at the time of filling; A resident of Havre de Grace for at least two years preceding the election date. Filing Fee: $50.00 Note: There isn’t a Mayoral election in 2022.
