IN THE UPCOMING CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE ELECTION

HELD ON MAY 4, 2021

Voter Registration Requirements

1. Must be a citizen of the United States;
2. Must be 18 years of age;
3. Must be a City resident not less than 21 days. (proof required)

The form must be received by April 13, 2021; 5:00 p.m., at the Office of the Harford County Board of Elections, 133 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD 21050.

Notice of City Election – Havre de Grace City election at City Hall, located at 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. An election for Mayor and three members of City Council for the City of Havre de Grace will be held on:

Tuesday, May 4, 2021

Polls will open at 7:00 a.m.

Polls will close at 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications of Voters – All citizens of the United States, eighteen years of age or older who have resided in the City for 21 days preceding the election and whose names shall appear upon the list of registered voters of the City shall be entitled to vote.

     The Public is invited to witness the Logic and Accuracy testing of the voting equipment. The testing will be held on April 19, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., in the Harford County Board of Elections Office, 133 Industry Lane, Forest Hill, MD.      The deadline to receive an application for an Absentee Ballot through the mail is April 27, 2021; after then by person. All Absentee Ballots must be returned to City Hall by 5:00 p.m., May 4, 2021
